When you search for the NC exam practice tests, it brings up 3 options which are VERY unclear. You think you are getting everything included with the higher option but in fact, you are not. It doesn't even give you practice tests.

This company is the most unprofessional an unorganized I've ever seen. I rescheduled my test online, and when I showed up to take my exam I was told it had been canceled by PSI for an unknown reason. I then called PSI to get it resolved so that I could take my exam that I drove 2 1/2 hrs to take and they told me they would call me back in 24/48 hrs. Here it is 4 weeks later and they have yet to let me re-schedule my exam. The system won't allow me book my exam and they can't book it over the phone. I keep getting told that I will receive an update in 24-48 hrs. It's been 4 weeks. I'm really disappointed that this company has taken my money and won't allow me to take my exam that I've been preparing months for! Complete waste of my time!

I always have issues with PSI and their lack of customer service! Can't find a link to original test I paid for and still on hold for over 30 minutes and counting for help. I have just reordered the tests to try to expedite the situation.

I had paid for the test when I registered. Found out there is no record of the test and now had to pay again for the test and go thru the process of getting a refund for the original test.

The 3rd FREE Simulated Broker Exam does not work properly. I was only able to select my choices for the 1st two sections and the 3rd section would recognize that I made a selection, so I was UNABLE to move forward to finish and get my scores.

This isn't necessarily your fault but it is difficult to follow the states guidelines just to get approved to take the test...you could definitely streamline this process like not having to mail in any paperwork and waiting for a response through the mail...it would be beneficial just to send everything to you...just a thought
