It's not great that the only testing center is 200 miles from me. Being in Florida I would think there'd be a PSI in the center of the state, not just in South Florida (4-5 hrs. Away).
Easy enough to order, information stating that you can only access this test for 30 days is not made clear enough. This should be in the main part of the order- not in the after notes. This is my 2nd time ordering- my first $40 down the drain since the 30 day timeline was not more prevalently stated.
I ordered and paid early so I would have it done to access when ready to take my real exam, When I went to log in is when I noticed the 30 day limit.
I never even logged in the first time- yet my $40 was taken without the option of renewing the order or refunding until I was ready to take the exam.

I showed up to take my Life insurance exam and the proctor never showed up. I tried for days to get help and got nowhere. Only to be on hold for an hour and forty minutes. The supervisor hung up on me and then sent me an email that the testing center was open and I would have to pay for the test again. I got so frustrated because this license is needed for a new position that I received. I just paid for it again and the practice text. Guess what? They gave no credentials to get into the testing. I tried over and over to reset the password. The system does not work. Again I call was on hold for an hour and they passed me from person to person. Only to be hung up on. Beware of this company they are stealing our money. I am calling Ohio Dept of insurance and the attorney generals office. I cannot believe the state of Ohio would allow such scam artist to be associated with them! Please go somewhere else and don't waste your money! If I could give them a negative number I would

I took the CO State RE Broker exam and their program lost connectivity. Called twice that session for a proctor, they couldn't reset the test, so gave me a "ticket number." Over the past 8 days I have called Customer Service (in South Africa) four times, and each time they said, "I will escalate this for you, call back in 48 hours." Now they are saying to take the test again, at my expense. It's B.S.

Registering to take a test is extemely difficult. This is the only thing I could register for...practice test.
I'll be notifying the department of insurance to request you be taken off their vendor list.

The website is difficult to navigate. The search feature is not intuitive. Too many results populate that have nothing to do with the search criteria. The customer service is just as unhelpful. I called multiple timesto inquire on a test I need to take and what reference I needed to study for the test. Nobody could give me an answer. I also asked why "optional" was listed next to the exam on the website and again, nobody could give me an answer. I registered for an account last week and now when I try and login, I get an error message that the email or password is incorrect. I requested an email to reset my password and after three attempts, no email has been sent.

I sent a milady book that I ordered incorrectly back via fedex following the steps a representative gave me almost 4 weeks ago. It wasn't sent to psi, the rep gave me another company name and address. I sent the book and haven't received a refund at all. Not happy about having to buy the correct book and spend more money without my refund.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
