I sent in my payment of 117 to pay for my Michigan builders test. I've got emails and mail saying I can start testing and email stating they received my payment on August 22 and has been applied to my account. The employees lie all the time for no reason and not doing they job. There is no place on the website where it shows I have a balance of 117 to pay for my test. I sent it through money order and now I see why I shouldn't pay through money order because it's gonna be problems. It's been almost a month and no resolution to them receiving my money order and stopping me from testing because they company has no proper way to accept payment as they ask for. When you contact psi to tell them about my situation this is what happens. I contact them let them know I paid 117 through money order. I can't start scheduling a date because the website is saying I need to pay 117. Which I paid with money order received August 22. They put me on hold come back and tells me we will look into your situation and look for a response in 48 hours. I wait 48 hour call back to go through the same thing over and over. Right now I'm just thinking about filing a lawsuit. Their paper work says I can pay with money order I did and I can't get what they advertise which is the test. They just took my money and looking for me to give a resolution to the entire problem
Purchased practice test, was only able to use once with nothing stating it was only a one time use.

I was rejected from taking a test as my name legal name is Zachary and I registered under Zach. I was forced to call support, sit on hold, and eventually was able to change my name, only to get rejected multiple times thereafter. Now I am being forced to reschedule my exam, even though I came prepared with multiple forms of ID and paid another $60. This is by far the worst testing experience of my life and I would avoid PSI exams at all costs if possible. My proctor would also not let me explain myself and was booting me from the test without allowing me to call support and get help with my issue.

I picked out the Illinois exam which includes the state and national exam. I found the website easy
I took the Illinois Certified Residential Appraiser Exam on 08/25/2023 and still have not received my results. The proctor facility was unable to provide my immediate results (as mentioned in the PSI Handbook), because of technical issues on the PSI side. Since the exam I've called PSI candidate support every business day and have been told something different and not true every time.
It is now 21 days later, and a ticket is still outstanding and I keep being told to wait longer. I have been promised by numerous supervisors it is being taken care or and there is no resolve. This is costing me wages and my certification with the state. I am also unable to even schedule to take the test again because of this.
This ticket has supposedly been escalated numerous times.

I like the test but I feel I should be able to take it more than once and the test results should be available within 1 hr not 24
We ordered a business law book and a practice test. When I went to take the practice test online it had absolutely nothing to do with business law. It was about how to build a house. I called psi and explained what happened and would like to get the correct test I needed to take. The lady on the phone said that they don't offer a practice test for business law and that they don't do refunds. So please be careful with PSI they only want your money and will not help you in anyway.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone.
