I was scheduled for a test at 2 pm and received no information on how to log in to take the test on line. Started calling at 115 and someone attempted to have me log in. Could get me to correct website. Then transferred me to technical support who did not answer for 30 minutes and I missed the test. They are awful and none speak English no question I was routed to India.
It was very easy to create an account and then purchase and pay for the exam I chose to take! I also may add that the price for the exam was very reasonable, which will allow me to better myself with in my Trade! Thank you PSI.

I purchased a practice exam for the National real estate broker test. There was zero teaching input if you missed any questions, and there was only one test. When you click on "take another test," it repeats the single test they sell you. Very misleading. I tried to call PSI, but no one answered in 30 minutes. You may be required to take the actual test through PSI, but try another company for test prep.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
