My screen got stuck. Tech support stepped in then he dropped out. I called and I got a rude lady who was reading off a script. They were no help at all. She told me to be patient I was looking at the same screen for a hour.

Irritating that I could not access my original order - you stated it was "Complete" when it was not I am supposed to have 1 year to access my account. So I am mad I have to pay for this again. I took the Broker Exam and was disappointed that I failed due to your company's lack of preparation. When I took the test reference materials were not provided that were needed for answering test questions. PSI should not allowing testing to take place until you have necessary items ready for test takers.

I bought the test off the state licensing website but could never access it prior to the exam.

I did not receive my scores for my last practice test and did not receive help finding them from customer service when I asked

I love this program because it helps you prepare for Real estate examination and it helps people that have trouble with test taking it gives you a real live atmosphere that puts you in the examination room and it scores you or all the things that you might need to study the more you take it the better you get at your real estate exam so I recommend this to anyone that is struggling with questions or time test taking it opens you up to questions that are going to come up on the test and gives you the best chances of passing your test the first time around
I have taken many online proctored exams but PSI has had the most issues by far. The first time I tried to take my exam my account was locked which, after multiple days on the phone with multiple representatives, was finally resolved. Unfortunately, because of PSI's technical error I missed my exam window and had to pay for another exam. I am currently waiting on a response for my refund due to their system's error. I paid for another exam because I did not want to wait for the refund and I was able to access my account. However, again, their system seems to be subpar. I clicked to launch the exam after successfully passing the system compatibility test and received this error. "Error while creating PRS request. Please contact your administrator." This has been a terrible experience from customer support to the functionality of their inept system.
Update: This issue which was "escalated" on Monday. 3 days later after spending another 4 hours on the phone with 5 different departments there is no resolution in sight. I will be contacting my organization to inform them that PSI is no longer a reputable proctoring exam service. My inability to get into contact with this mystery IT department who is the only department who they say can help me is a fraudulent practice.

Everything has a separate sign-in and having to create an account 3 times just to make a purchase and set up my exams is a bit confusing.
Booked my exam via the toll free number and the service was fab! Am getting the 500 practice exam questions from your org.

I called for help about a payment not working and i was told to just "try again later"... if i would've known i was calling for help, to be sat on hold- to be told to just "try again later" i wouldn't have called.

Your call center is terrible. Nobody knows any answers to a single question. You can expect to get an offshore (India, S Africa, etc) person on the phone. Truly a pathetic experience. Only way they stay in business is through a monopoly contract to administer testing. Truly awful.

Easy registration and payment for the CHESP. I have other experiences with PSI, and this is the easiest so far.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
