Communication is terrible. The calls are outsourced to a call center, making it very hard to understand the person on the other line, because of language / accent and also i can hear people in the background making it difficult to hear and comprehend what they are saying. When it comes to taking the online proctored exam, it was very strict and demoralizing, i felt like i was living in a communist state where i had to follow every single rule with-ought regard that i'm even human. When i think i look into the ceiling / space and i was told to look at the screen, i was not aloud to chew any gum as it relaxes me durring stress, the test being 3 hours long, i had a extremely difficult time holding in my bladder, and almost had to urinate my self. Im not a robot, i can't go that much time with-ought having to use the rest room. Please take these concerns into consideration. It is a very difficult test and stress should be minimized.

Horrific place, never use them! Capatability says "ok" then day of exam KICKS you out OVER AND OVER, then after 3 hours of calls trying to get tech support to ok what is needed, they kick you out and require you to retake the test again and pay more $. TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY.

I took and passed the real estate exam almost one month ago and I cannot start working on the business because I cannot get a copy of my score report which has to be submitted to apply for my license. I have been calling 3-4 times per week for 3 weeks and have been told that my issue has been escalated and prioritized but I still do not have my scores. Using this company was a very bad decision. The way that I have been handled constitutes theft because I paid for a product (the test) and, yet, I don't have my scores. I am considering legal recourse just to get what I paid for.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
