I don't understand how the estate recommends a company that still from customers, my wife purchased the study guide and the exam, but this company never sends the study materials or the exam, she has been calling for 3 weeks, and always it's a different person with language bearing, very hard to understand, they don't log anything, you have to repeat everything again and they make it believe they will help, but they will not, at the ends is all BS... Please I hope everyone can read this before paying anything to these people, they know how to steal from you and to be still in business. How Sad.

Not impressed with how I have spent over $125 to take and fail the state test. There are two test (federal and state), I passed the federal the first time but failed the state by 2 points. I rescheduled (being forced to pay full price for retaking one test) the test for today (10/19). I drove to the testing place in Jefferson City MO after taking off of work for the second time and failed the state test by 1 point. Now I am having to do the test for a third time plus paying the full amount of $62. The questions were different, which was to be expected, but there were questions that are nowhere to be found in the real estate state book I acquired from my class. I asked around to my class mates and found out from others that this is a common thing they do. They fail you a few times and then you finally pass. Having that many people experience the same issue, I don't think it is the person taking the test, it is the test itself that is not right. 45 questions on the test and they do not count 5 of those questions? So which ones are they? Am I getting all the 5 questions right but they aren't counting that? Retaking only one test shouldn't cost the full amount as if you were taking both. Now I don't know when I will be able to take it again as I cannot afford to take off work and drive all the way up there just to potentially fail again.

I have been trying for over 2 months to login and test for the Pa. Accident and health insurance exam,. I kept getting errors that my password was wrong and i could not reset it. I called customer service 3 times to no avail and emailed US customer service twice and got no response.
Only after escalating to the PA dept. of licensing did i find out today, from an extremely helpful US PSI CSR, that nothing is being done as far as registering for tests online any more, and that you need to call to schedule a test. It would have been helpful to have that posted somewhere on your website!
