I have take the exam 4 times and someone recommended to buy practice test from you. I bought one other test of this site and the content of the questions are not even 75% relevant to the test, I decided to invest a second to see if this is a pattern, if is like that you guys are not really helping
I have been sending gmails to ask some question and no one has reply back. Ill put a 0 for costumer service and they don't answer the phone.

Both times I have purchased practice tests when scheduling my tests but have had to purchase them again when taking them. They show up on my account but will not launch.

It is full of incompetent & uncommunicative agents who are VERY error prone & non understandable half the time, at best. They are very likely just reading from a screen, so the moment you ask a question or give an answer not on their screen, they fall apart like a deck of cards. Why even bother having a phone service is you can not communicate with the humans calling in. It would be better to do it through mail, website, or even a phone robot (not being able to communicate with a human is just the same).
You call their hotline EXCLUSIVELY SPECIFIC to a SINGLE test type, and they still ask you what type test you are calling for?
They continuously try every attempt to keep you from talking to a supervisor and say they are always "busy". Agents AND Supervisors ALWAYS promise call backs and never keep their promise, even for emails.
The likely reason any of you are taking a test from this provider is because your TAX PAID government, is sending you here to take a test. If that's not you, I highly advice you to ask whoever you are taking a test for, to ask for a different provider; this place may cost you your certification!

Horrible customer service coming from an office in Asia. They were good to charge and re-charge for a service they did not provide. Location I took the test had no AC, super hot...left with a migrane.

While its great that we can now submit a payment online, there seems to be still be a lot of manual process to get courses renewed. Most states have the entire renewal process online, rather than having an online system and also emailing the applications.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
