I sent a milady book that I ordered incorrectly back via fedex following the steps a representative gave me almost 4 weeks ago. It wasn't sent to psi, the rep gave me another company name and address. I sent the book and haven't received a refund at all. Not happy about having to buy the correct book and spend more money without my refund.
Shipping cost is excessive at > 25% of book price.
I have paid for a test which I can't access. I sat on hold for 10 minutes. I'm busy and I don't have time to wait and to not have functionality work@!

I scheduled my exam for 8/28 at 10am, showed up 30 minutes early and the it was locked an no one was there. Called PSI and was told I need to call back the next day to reschedule the exam. So I called the next day to reschedule and they were going to charge me again for the exam. Explained to the person on the phone that I should not be charged again since no one was at the location when I showed up. They submitted a ticket and I wanted to get another time scheduled. They told me I would receive an email within 3 business days confirming the scheduled exam and that there would be no charge. Never received an email so I called PSI again to se what was going on. The exam was never scheduled, but they did approve the to reschedule with out charging a fee. So I had to wait another week to take the exam. 2 and a half weeks after the original exam time. If I could give zero stars I would.

Website in terrible for finding the PSI Real Estate Practice Test I already purchased along with my onsite actual exams. You may think that this is a regular complaint, however, unless you tried it yourself you wouldn't know. It is obvious that you do not check to see if any of your links to tests work at all. Onsite testing is one thing but if you constantly prompt potential licensees for Test Prep it would be better to actually know that it works.

I paid for a salesperson practice test when I registered for my test but then when I tried to log on to find it there was nothing. I was forced into paying for a more expensive test.

They'll cancel your exam and try to find any reason to do so. I called to argue the dispute and every time I tried calling to check on the status they would follow up with the same line of well start in investigation and follow up. Even if you created an investigation they will still same the same line and they never call to update you.

WHAT IS YOUR COMPANIES EXPECTATION, THAT I TAKE AND FAIL THE TEST JUST TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO STUDY?
