I added a practice test for MI RE salesperson exam when I registered for the MI RE salesperson licensing exam under this email. Clearly you have this email because I have my confirmation emails and a test date of Wednesday 12/13 at 9am in Factoria, WA. However, your system somehow, despite sending me emails, does not appear to have an account for me and my practice test is nowhere to be found. So I had to set up a new account (with the same email) to buy another one. You owe me a refund for one of the practice tests. This website is atrocious to navigate. Where's the login button? Hidden in a submenu. I've been on hold 25 minutes on the phone trying to talk to someone. Registering for a test? Give up an hour trying to figure out how to do that, no clear pathway. Maybe have someone other than your founder's 13 year old nephew build your website.
No clear directions. I had to locate the Georgia Candidate Handbook in order to understand why I was directed to this site.
Horrible site to navigate and testing study material is inept. Don't try to get help from anyone either as they never return emails and the people over the phone read from a script they can't deviate from… all they will do is refer back to emailing them so they can continue to ignore the people forced to use this service.

I have had such an awful experience! Hours on the phone! Last year, this November and again Friday trying to get someone to fix my account. Thank god Boitumelo to help me, but I still can't access my test that I paid for. I hope I never have to use psi again I pray.

This was the most difficult thing to do was log in to buy this. I made multiple calls and was transfered so many times. The majority of people answering the phone were foreign and talked too fast and were hard to understand. NO one seemsed to understand my problem and could only read off a chart. I was finally given to Jenny who was wonderful and explained there had been a change and helped me out. This was all very frustrating.

Would have liked to see an actual photo of book. Not sure if this one is spiral, or regular binding. Also not sure if book is used. A little more info on the product description.
Wouldn't let me sign in before ordering. Ancient code that can't have symbols in passwords without crashing website. Store was broken for about half an hour every time I tried to access practice test.

Easy to located test needed, fast registration and payment processing
The questions on the state exam, prospective agents have never seen before using ExamFX to study, forcing them to now purchase your study materials and then retake the exam causing them to spend more money to get licensed. NOT FAIR!

Test takers and "book store" differ and should be clearly stated. I purchased what i thought was the unlimited practice exams and test prep and instead when i called customer service, they stated i purchased the one time practice test. Rep was rude and im very disappointed with PSI.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
