Every time I needed to speak with a representative, I get somebody from India who I can't even understand. Horrible customer service guys

The website isn't cohesive enough. When I pay for a test I should be able to login to any PSI site, whether it's the home page or the testing page, to access what I paid for. It's not user friendly. In addition the two times I called to get assistance I had a very long hold time to get to speak with someone.

Took my test at a center had an error so they couldn't print out my scores was told to call the psi support. I have called probably 12 times in the past 3 weeks trying to get my scores and nothing. They keep telling me they will escalate it and to wait 24 hours, didn't know 24 hours was 3 weeks… called again and found out my escalations were getting sent no where and no resolutions was told a supervisor would call me in 24 hours. Shocker no one called. Horrible service they don't help at all they just answer the phone say wait and then ask for a review on the phone. The worst support ever.

The descriptions for the tests are misleading, and I purchased the health and accident insurance adjuster practice test before the Producer version. The descriptions just talk about preparing you with similar questions you will see on your test day. It doesn't go into detail the exact test you will be taking. I understand the title says adjuster, but there is no baseline test for producer. This is frustrating as it is getting expensive while trying to invest in my future. Please make separate link for adjuster and producer, thank you.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
