I WISH I could give a 0, but with any justice in this world, PSI won't be around much longer.
From start to finish, PSI has an impossible to understand website. It's a labyrinth that's magically connected to other labyrinths you're supposed to understand to able to transport yourself to without ever being informed they exist. When I called customer service to make sure I knew how to get to my online test, I was spoken to like an idiotic child who, though I had no instructions, should have known my test was on another website. Anyway, then there were a multitude of other problems caused by the site that I won't bore anyone with but it caused much more serious problems. After they ignored my 5 emails, 3 supervisor calls, and I was again spoken to rudely again by everyone from all the 8,000 different phone numbers they have, then FINALLY got someone on chat who brushed me off.
Horrible group, horrible business, horrible people. Avoid them at all costs.

National Test prep not available for the state I needed
More practice tests should be available for the ELA-Reading exam, which dates back to 2017. No updates? Typical behavior from a monopolistic, culturally biased racket that purports to help people.

No contact dates and times are listed so I'm sitting on the phone waiting for an agent when I'm not even sure if one is available on the weekend. Also, I never received my test via email. There was no statement on how long it would take to receive the email. Paid or something that I can't communicate anyone about.

My email after registration said I could take the sample test many times but when I logged into the store it stated that I can only take the test once. Not cool. The test menu options should state why the same test has two different prices, I had to dig to find this info. Also this website is very user-unfriendly, I wasted a lot of time just trying to navigate to what I want.

I ordered a psi prep packet this morning I clicked download it just opened the file but did not download it and I'm am not able to re open or download the pack so basically just lost money for nothing! Smooth sailing-took very little time to purchase my practice test.
I have an account but could not get into it before and had to start over again.
I took SC Cos Exam on 12/18/23. The proctors dismissed us and told us we would receive our scores in 24-48 hours. Previously my school mates have normally received their grades in a few hours, but I listened to the instructions and waited as I was told. I called ON 12/20,12/21,12/22 they were closed on 12/25. It is 12/26/23 and I still have not received my grades. I have multiple ticket numbers that don't actually do anything. I have spoken to several phone operators I could barely understand & the ones I did understand could not explain to me what was going on consistently. I was told the system was down, I was told they haven't received the grades, I was told it is high volume time. I was told I was supposed to received them before we left printed out by the proctor but no one did.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
