It's easy for someone to steel the email addresses of thousands of people who put CHPN on their resume, and use that email address, from that resume, to change their passwords and lock them out of this system. I'm appalled you even put the password to log in open and on your website.

I bought the Missouri practice exam prep book for real estate. I clicked the link to get the file downloaded and when I clicked it it said error page unknown. When I reached out in regards to it they refused to give me another copy or refund. So not I have lost out on $21 and the prep book to help me study for a test I have already scheduled. It's sick as hell I had to dispute it through my bank so I hope they give me my money back

This system is way too complicated. There should be one link from the advancingexpectcare website. The information about my license and what test I need to take is already there. This could be much simplier

Absolutely horrible service! Bought a pdf file and it did not save on my mobile. Called customer service asking to resend the link and was declined. Had to purchase another one! Waist of money and completely a scam to purchase the pdf files that can not be downloaded to mobile devices!

Is ok, the only thing is to get to the exam take a long time

I took the real estate examination on November 13 both of them national and estate portion. I passed the estate. So I was schedule November 27 to retake the national portion. After the test the receptionist couldn't give me my score because her system wasn't working properly. So I have to call psi support. They have being creating so many tickets that NOBODY is checking. Is being over a month that I don't have any answers. I was talking with this specialist Michelle Mclaughlin and she stops answering my emails. The last time I called them they said that the tickets were sent to the wrong department so she will request them to mail my score. It's being a week from that conversation. This experience from PSI I wasn't expecting is unbelievable what a lack of professionalism.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
