One question on Practice Test seemed to have a wrong answer. I found answer in the book.
Nightmare. Try to call them every day for 10 days to schedule exam. They charger me 3 times and after 10 days i still do not have schedule to take exam. They do not speak english and make up stories every single time. Every they said to wait for 24 hours and call back but nothing is resolved

The process of finding the correct prep test to go with the actual test you are taking is way too complicated. I still do not know if I purchased the correct one or not.

The process for renewing CE has been greatly complicated from the previous method. Both Sircon and SBS have a much easier process.

I have tried to login to set a test date and received a response that information is not valid. I then clicked Forgot Password to try to set a new one and login. I never received an email with code to reset. I then tried to set up a new account, but received the response that there already was an account with that email address. This website is one of the most "not user friendly" that I've been on in a long time and I am on the web 7 day a week.
Multiple problems encountered online when trying to purchase exam. Multiple error messages online and phone calls made. Finally the purchase went through without really knowing what the problem was.

After signing up, I received multiple emails proposing to show how to access my exam, however, on exam day I watched all videos and did not provide me with info on where to go to login. The link they do send does not take you to a login page. I searched on their site many other ways for a login and could not find one. When I called their support line before my exam, I received a notice that the line was closed on Sundays (when my exam was). I sent an email explaining all this to the support email, with no response in 48 hours. When I called the support line, the agent argued that the process to login was "simple", navigating me through 5 pages away from the link to get to a login page. When you do click the link, you have to scroll down to even see that the page has changed so you can login. They also denied the support line being down, saying they are 24/7 (even if they were, there could have been an IT glitch etc.). They refused to refund my money or reschedule my exam, accusing me of not having done my research before hand (I read all emails and support videos) or trying to login for my exam multiple days beforehand and subsequently calling them for help. Awful service all around.

Please don't take your test online. I had taken the computer compatibility test prior to taking my exam and everything was good. When I logged in at 2:30 a.m. to take my exam it was not working. I reached out immediately to technical support via phone and got disconnected several times. So I decided to send an email. Not once did anybody contact me about the technicality issues I was having. I then proceeded to reach out to customer service for assistance and I was told I had to wait 24 hours so they could waive my fee and reschedule my exam. After 24 hours I called back to reschedule my exam and I was told I would have to pay for my exam again because i did not have a ticket number. So I had to explain again that i was not able to get through to even get a ticket order number and no one responded to my email. So the customer service created me a ticket order number and told me somebody would reach out within 48 hours. After 48 hours no one contacted me, so I was forced to call customer service once again. I was told I needed to provide screenshots of my personal phone call log records and/or emails. Once I provided the email screenshot stating that I reached out, I was then told, I would still have to pay to retake my exam. It is very unfortunate of the lack of empathy that was shown during the entire experience. I hope that this review helps someone else. And I highly recommend taking the test in person. No matter if everything is done correctly, it will still cost you in the end.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
