I finished classes for the Washington state broker course over a month ago & the school forwarded all of my info to PSI so I could schedule the test but PSI could not locate my info. My school re-sent the info & they still couldn't find it. Then they found it & I wanted to pay but their system to take payments was not working & I had to call back days later & when I did they, of course, could not find my info again. I've called about 20 times over the last 3 weeks which is a nightmare & I am not exaggerating. Customer service is outsourced so anybody you talk to does not care & can barely be understood. Everyday I am forgetting more information before I can test. It's just an absolutely disgraceful organization

I clicked on option to try a free national salesperson/real estate test - but the access code I received sent me a test for life and health insurance.

I have only taken the practice test so far, so I may return and change my review later. I do know that I studied the material for the Ohio 11-37 test provided in the PSI bulletin and then took the Title Agent practice test. The practice test did not cover topics from the study guide or bulletin. It was asking questions about life insurance, property insurance, DP policies, HO policies, etc. None of which is applicable to title agent subjects. This was frustrating due to the fact I was hoping to see what areas I needed to better focus my studies on. I called and asked if this would be the case on the actual exam and let them know that the practice exam is not giving questions about the material they claim will be on the test. I still have not received a straight answer on what I need to study. Everyone I talk to gives me conflicting answers, some saying that the final test will be on all types of insurance and some telling me it will only be on information from the study guide/bulletin. I have no idea what I will actually be tested on.

I thought it was a good idea to purchase this Indiana Real estate broker test prep considering I was recommended to schedule my state test with them(PSI). The idea of the software is great but I have lost confidence in what I'm studying considering it asks questions and doesn't provide a correct answer for the question(multiple choice questions)... Crazy right? I understand the objective in making the test taker process the information within the question, but there are several misleading questions from what I've seen! The app/website has what they call "AI Learning Assistant" that will help you with a question after you submit your answer. On more than one occasion I have asked it to give me the breakdown of the current question and it tells me that none of the available choices are correct! Or doesn't acknowledge the issue at all. You'll See in the attached photo the AI learning assistant on the right side of the screen stating there is an error with this particular questions "correct" answer... How does this happen? And how do you charge someone for something that is completely misleading. As I said I've had several questions I "submitted for review". I'm now very discouraged in my possibility of passing my scheduled test in 7 days because I have zero confidence that what I'm studying is accurate. And also how can I have any confidence in my test results even if I have a different source of study material that taught me correctly?. As I have studied my tail off for this career through the required pre-licensing classes, if I do not succeed my first round through PSI I will be evaluating alternative testing agencies. Another thing to mention is that it took me a while to even locate the correct exam because the "Indiana broker exam" is categorized into the "barber & cosmetology" (or something to that nature). So hopefully I come out with the proper credentials when I do exit the test site...

I am a cosmetology student in Kentucky and I must say that we have no other ways to study other than this option which is absurd. Also I think it is very odd that the test cost more for English interpretation!

I have had two proctored exams. Every time, they give you a hard time with making sure your testing area is clear. My whole desk was clear, and I had one stack of my dad's work papers and whatnot. This guy wouldn't give up and made me move it and I started 30 minutes late. I wanted to go to the bathroom, and he got mad and threatened to terminate my test. The first time, I got my test terminated because I was reading the questions out loud. Mind you I was in a tiny $#*! office room by myself which the proctor know because they ask you for random $#*! room checks. This time, my dog walked into my room and I glanced over for less than a second no joke. I typed, "Sorry, I didn't mean to look away," and next thing you know, my $#*! is terminated. $#*! these guys it's all Indian's overseas working for a dollar an hour. They do not know what they're doing

The check out session is asking a code, so I was not able to check out unless I placed a coupon/ gift certificate code. I called Hpcc and psi multiple times, spent hours on the phone and no one was able to help me. Very disappointed. I highly recommended to remove code sessions in the future

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
