The site is great the prices for shipping are too high
I was with a proctor Pre-examination checking me in doing the usually room check. I was using a desktop and the proctor was asking me to show my whole desk space including under my desk. Since I'm using a desktop I tried to show as much as I could while having an internal camera and careful not to unplug any wires by mistake. I was unsuccessful so I grabbed a full body mirror to show the proctor my desk space. While being able to show my entire desk space using the Mirror even including under the desk and majority of the top of the walls and floors the proctor told me I couldn't use a mirror to show the desk space! They canceled my exam and I was no longer able to access it! I'm furious! I contacted customer support to report this incident and Lerato from customer service was super helpful. She launched and investigation and will be contacting me in a couple business days to update me. Overall psi I give a FAT 0!

I love this product but the last time I bought it, I had access for 3 months only but they said I would have access for 1 year. Please make sure you give me my 1 year of access.

There are always issues trying to check in, first they won't accept my ID, then they won't accept the lighting, then they won't accept my work desk, they want me to sit on camera with them for 20 F'N minutes to show the entirety of my room from ceiling to floor, underneath my desk, above my desk, my sitting area, everything! THEN, they always say they cannot allow check in because my desk is unable to be cleared in its entirety. THIS PLATFORM IS A F'N JOKE AND A COMPLETE HEADACHE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Tech support IS OF NO HELP EITHER! THEY keep referring me back to the proctor while the proctor refers me to tech support. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING OR HOW TO FIX S'T. F' PSI!

I was able to successfully access the test and began it last night. I thought I understood that after the entire test is graded that I would not be able to access it. I started it and was grading the questions as I was progressing forward, making it to question 70 (I think) but I am unable to access it now. I cannot access it to complete the last few questions. I think I am locked out.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
