The big problem is there's no practice exams just for the state portion and that's what I needed
Under my test information, there was an advertisement to purchase a practise test to check my prepardness. I purchased it for $24.99 and i got through about 20 questions before realizing this was a test for the national portion, not the MA state. It was a waste of my money and false advertising.

I feel like the sign on and purchasing process was a bit complicated.

There should be multiple tests for prepping for the PSI exam. I have been through the tests and I am able to memorize. Looking for additional study materials that are online tests

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
