I specifically chose the residential / small commercial license to AVOID industrial. But you have me taking a test with industrial plans and industrial questions? Makes no sense.
Didnt have all the books listed for test. My email for testing account should have pulled up at store. Had to start all over.
I have tried the PSI app on my iPad, and I love the method and training style this application uses. So, I just had to try the desktop version for an even greater experience. I'm completely satisfied with the tools so far. I am actually retaining the information this way.

My test had an error and would not permit me to finish it, so they made me reschedule. I drove 1.5 hours away to take it the 2nd time only to be told that they had connected it to my first test so it looked like I already taken it, and I would have to reschedule a third time. I was able to successfully complete the exam the 3rd time. Customer service did not care or make any additional accommodations for all of their errors. Management hung up on me and I could never get to higher management to speak to. I have spoken to several people and emailed and never heard back. You can't call anyone in management with any of the numbers posted. Worst experience and company I've ever dealt with.

It was 30 of the same questions which weren't worth purchasing. More of a mock test as far as being timed.

The questions are always the same just a different format, I need a more challenging variety of questions inorder to pass the exam. It's not even close to what I expected very disappointed.

If you can update it to full Spanish it can be awesome because when you tried to find it in this language don't appear in your platform.

This is my second purchase as my first purchase download cabe back saying system error and the link was already expired. I called customer service and they are having trouble helping. I desperately need this so I am purchasing it for the second time.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
