It took me all day to order 1 book. The website couldn't calculate tax and when I call customer support for scheduling a test on one speaks English. The reps are very hard to understand. Customer Service with PSI is an absolute 0!
For some reason, I had trouble for two months trying to enroll in the NAJA course and today for some reason, my credit card was declined by PSI even though my card company said it was approved.

This is the worst experience ever the customer service is poor and inconsiderate to people. I purchased a practice test exam in Spanish by misitake an was not given a refund or any type of help. This is totally inconsiderate and I cant afford to keep giving my hard earned money to PSI. You guys leave people eon hold for hours and make it impossible for people to get through. HORRIBLE The part that makes it worse is I wasn't able to even talk to a supervisor to help me in any kind a way. The only thing I was told was to buy it again. Unprofessional and horrible experience.

Doesn't seem like the system accepts Mastecards- actively watched PSI take the money out of my checking only to return it seconds later. The moment I entered my credit card information it went through no problem. Disappointing.

I had a hard time finding the practice test, which all i needed to purchase/access at this time.

Read read read read to understand not to memorize. I thought I could memorize certain things. It's not until I was reading to understand the material when I passed
It is a little pricey but worth it if it helps me to pass I guess.

Not being able to order these practice exams for each cohort, only individually, will not work for our surgical technology program moving forward. Currently, I only need to order two, but in October will need to order 10 to 20, so I we will find another source.

Everything has been very user friendly, and the faculty at the testing center in Abilene, Tx are very friendly and helpful.
If I could I would rate this a 0 but I can't. I took my test and I got one of questions wrong when it should've been right. I then called to speak to someone about this issue and see if I could get a refund or take my test again and they emailed me saying sorry you took the test already if you want to retake it you have to spend another 50$. So I would not recommend using these test since it's supposed to be a state exam and they obviously don't know what they are doing.

I specifically chose the residential / small commercial license to AVOID industrial. But you have me taking a test with industrial plans and industrial questions? Makes no sense.

Didnt have all the books listed for test. My email for testing account should have pulled up at store. Had to start all over.
I have tried the PSI app on my iPad, and I love the method and training style this application uses. So, I just had to try the desktop version for an even greater experience. I'm completely satisfied with the tools so far. I am actually retaining the information this way.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
