I really like the prep study tests. If only the website was formatted differently where you don't have to scroll down and zoom out so much to read the explanation to the questions. You have to zoom out to about a third to be able to get it on the page and then the writing is so little you can't read it without a magnifying glass, almost. Talk to your web designer and see if maybe he can do something about this.Maybe a second page for the explanation? It's quite annoying. Other than that all is good.
Bout 2 tests and they failed to launch. Useless and took my money

Everything about this system does not work properly. I cannot manage to log into my account wherein I purchased the State Exam and the practice prep test. Therefore, sadly, I have resorted to paying once again for another practice test so I will be prepared for my State Exam tomorrow. Crunch time and your system fails.

The process was seamless and fast. The customer service team was knowledgeable and quick at solving any issues.
The fact that I paid 50$ for this study pack and I only get to study one topic. The rest I have to pay extra. There was no warning that the other topics weren't included was a scam. Whoever came up with this and made the system is a Greedy person, we are students on a budget already due to student debt and now you want us to pay extra on top of that. I am not happy with this system. And I know for dam sure corporate will not change, so they can keep those few extra dollars in their pockets.

The testing facility was easy to find. They were courteous and well organized.
The first practice test I purchased did not mention it was a onetime use. I had to purchase a second one.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
