PSI has been the absolute WORST. I finished school last July. It has been over 9 months of tryin to book my exam. It has been a NIGHTMARE. I don't even want to know how many hours I spent talking to support people only to have them tel me sorry they couldn't book my exam due to whatever the excuse was that day. You are the ONLY option for testing which in itself isn't fair. It has been AWFUL.

Getting help from PSI is impossible. All calls goes out of country. Please are rude and they don't help, they argue instead of finding solution. Go to CEshop for better materials ( easy to read) and experience.

Horrible experience. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. Told them my issue and the guy was so rude. Wouldn't help me get my exam that I NEVER RECEIVED OR GIVE ME A REFUND!

I don't understand why PSI change their exam interface. Every time I need to change an answer I need to go back and hit the edit button. And new system doesn't let me to proceed when I leave a question blank. Basically it takes more time just for marking the questions which is waste of time for an exam that has a time limit. I really wonder WHY PSI change its exam interface? Who demand it? What is the purpose? The previous one was very useful and time saving.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
