This is the worst testing experience I have had. If I could give 0 stars I would. PSI testing is a complete scam. I studied for weeks, and during my first attempt of the remote test, they kicked me off BEFORE even starting the exam because I got up to use the restroom. During my second attempt, they kicked me off during the FIRST question because they claimed I was reading the question out loud, which was untrue. When I called to dispute this claim, they could not provide video proof of the supposed violation. I called about 4 or 5 times to request either video proof or a refund. They continued to tell me they would send me the video but they never did. PSI stole $80 from me ($40 for each testing attempt), not to mention the countless hours I wasted studying. I highly recommend that you do not waste your time and money testing through PSI.

I'm glad I used the PSI online exam prep, I used the study mode first and then test mode. I wanted to see what I knew and since I was taking the exam the next day I did test mode after.
If you have the time use study mode and review you answers and explanations since once you take the test you lose the option.

I paid for a test that was never sent! Since I needed to practice I bought it again. I called customer service and a ticket was supposed to be placed for someone to contact about a refund, but I have heard nothing and it has been a week!

The practice exam program is easy enough to follow or navigate through.
I found that some of the questions were too vague, lacking enough content to allow decision making. Perhaps that's intentional?

Good practice for the real exam in terms of time and format. However, about half the questions can be found online in other free practice exam resources. Also I did the real exam 3 days after and found that the difficulty of the practice question were lower than the real exam. I suggest that the difficulty of the practice exam to be higher.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
