Bought a practice test when I signed up for my exam. After trying 5 times to re set my password still have not gotten an email I had to create a new account. Due to their lack of customer service or options they were rewarded with another 25 dollars from me. The web site doesn't work either.

The testing center was cramped, and the other test takers were not conscientious of their noise. The air was stiff and was not drafty. It became too warm. AC was turning on and off but it was not regulated at a good room temperature.
Your payment system SUCKS! I was never able to oay with my credit card, it will be approved and refunded back to account. Only took my debit card… you should make a note about payment methods and not waste peoples' time

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
