This PSI exam facility was the best I have tested at (3rd experience with PSI). The facility was clean, updated, had adequate space, and the administrator was prepared, on time, and polite.
I am unable to schedule testing dates online. I'm not sure if the problem is with the software, my account, or communication between psi and the MREC as no one offered a solution other than calling customer service and being placed on hold for exorbitant amounts of time in order to schedule my testing date.
The UI is pretty easy to use. I used to train QA engineers and software developers in UX, and I think that the flow to check out with ebooks is well-designed.
Said I would have access to it for 365 day and a week later I no longer had access to it.

Confusing, why do we need a order confirmation code to be able to obtain the practice test? I never got the code and I failed the test again thank you

So far, it's been very user friendly with your website; however, I wish it does't cost too much for just getting practice before the test. It would be nice if PSI would just charge about $15 that would make more sense!

Have 2 bad experiences with PSI and therefore I will not recommend. First was taking my exam virtually and almost to the end of the exam their system had a glitch and cut me off. Had to do all of the security process all over while the test clock was ticking not a fun experience. Second I purchased a review e book with them and again system issue pdf never downloaded try reaching out to customer care and was told there were some system issue that some will get back to me in 24 hours with a resolution but here we are 2 weeks later and no one has gotten back to me. A total lost of money and time.

Everything was good on your guys ends. It's just whenever I try to get my diploma my birthday is wrong. It says I was born in 2005 when I was born in 2006 some information had got wrong either your way or their way if you can do anything about this and push it farther so I can go to Boot Camp that would be very helpful. Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
