I think this test is designed to make you fail. I've wasted a lot of money on practices tests just to take the test and not have a single question on the actual exam. Specifically math questions that have discount points. That needs to be added to the practice test. And why on earth would there be questions about broker license requirements on a REALTOR SALESPERSON exam?! If that is going to be on the exam it should be on the practice test. Complete garbage.
The PSI testing prep I have used so far does not have accurate answers to match what is verbatim in the NEC code book.

My experience Was good i liked the easy to use and select the best option for me
The testing site was easy to navigate. The directions were clearly stated and easy to review during the exam if needed.
Questions are too basic to help pass the test. Called customer support to ask if I bought the wrong study guide and they said "this is not to help you pass the test but to only boost your confidence"

This test might be harder for me since i work with mostly adults in my hospital but once a year we might get one delivery.
Been a terrible experience so far. Still two tests that had system issues and was unable to finish and was never refunded or resolved. Seriously a scam and money grab scheme by PSI. Wait on hold for literally HOURS and then nothing happens…."oh, you expedited my complaint…that's great." Literally nothing happens. If you are able to use a different testing company I suggest you do. PSI is literally the WORST.

I have taken TWO tests that I was unable to finish due to the program/test kicking me out or internet issues at the testing center. It is a two hour drive both ways and one day I waited there from 8:30AM until 5:30PM hoping to get back in. The proctor was on the phone with PSI the entire off and on all day. Then, they said they had NO record of the problems. They "expedited my claims, but have STILL heard NOTHING about a refund. I have spent HOURS on hold with them...STILL no refund for either tests. I also have taken it and NEVER received a score report print out, which you need to mail in to the State. I had to spend more HOURS on hold on the phone to get that in an email. I took the test on a Friday and couldn't get a score report. The proctor gave me the number to call and funny, I KNEW the extension by heart by then...they said it would be 24 hours before they could generate the report and that I needed to call back. I called back the next day. They said it would 3-5 BUSINESS days before I would get an email. I got an email that said I failed the National portion, so, I rescheduled. When I took the test, it only gave me the National portion...thought that was weird. No score report. Had to spend another hour to get an email. Found out on my profile that I had PASSED the State portion and that was why I could only now take the National part. They NEVER let me know. I had to spend more HOURS on the phone to even get an email with that passing score. They didn't seem to realize that I NEED that print out to mail in to the State. THEN, the lady HUNG UP ON ME.
Still have heard not a word on a refund for the two tests I was unable to complete DUE TO THEIR HORRIBLE SYSTEM. I find it funny, they say they can't see your test but everything is ONLINE...they can take my money for the test IMMEDIATELY...but it take 5 days to hear anything and hours on the phone with some poor lady that has no clue what is going on. What a racket.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
