The PSI website is very user friendly and efficient. I was able to login and quickly access everything I needed.
Too many options to purchase the wrong book. There should be a link from each test to locate the exact correct book to purchase for each test.
Searching for the correct test in a vast number of choices was not as efficient as it could have been, in my opinion. If there was a simple "search" window that would have been better.
This has been such a great experience. The only thing I wish you guys would add is the timeframe to take a test again.

Created an account with TDLR and it did not transpire to PSI. So had to open a seperate account... confusing
Was not able to order quantity of 9, because the shipping for ground was incorrect - came up $48/book.
Shipping is very expensive! Not interested in typing more!
I made an attempt to purchase the Social Studies PPT-8 Practice test but was unable to do so. The page will load incorrectly. It will not display the check box that i must check for acknowledgement. Therefore, I am unable to add it to my cart. So far, this is the only test I was unable to add. I added and purchased the PPT-8 tests for Reading, Science, and Writing without any problems.

Not a lot of help as to the actual study material needed to pass the test. Is this book all inclusive or just one of many? Do I need to know everything in this book? Things like that would be helpful.
Plus I don't see any option for used books or discounts for people with a tight budget before any job requiring a license can be had.
Plus it would be nice to have a bundle price with a sample test. In fact I'm not sure I even need this book and should be getting a sample test... its all kinda vague as to whats on the test to study for.

After studying for more than a month for the exam, I went to PSI to take the Property & Casualty exam and 20 minutes into the exam, the test "timed out" and wouldn't let me back in. Apparently, there was a national server error. I was not allowed to start over and PSI submitted a test result of "fail" to the state Dept of Financial Regulation. This has completely wasted my time and means that I have to do further test preparation and take another 1/2 day to take the exam again. This is a massive disappointment and waste of my time. I have received no apologies from PSI for this.
