Used the email contact service for my issue and at first the Service Rep was having trouble finding my account and then didnt understand I wanted all the previous months charges removed, but once this was communicated, all the refunds were processed and I was very happy.

I didn't mean to sign up. They refunded me and did it in 4 mins. Honest company!

The experience was very easy and I was able to get the information I wanted. When I made a mistake with the volume plan, they fixed it immediately. I had a very satisfying experience.

I only used it to lookup a property and it worked pretty great for that! If you don't want a subscription make sure to check for it!

My money was refunded back into my account as per our conversation after I explained i did not agree that only 1.00 was to be taken, and not 20.00.
