I was filling out my tax rerturn and could not find my property tax bill. I went to the tax collector's site and luckily was able to download all the information I needed, plus all the info on my house. Thanks for having this site for us unorganized people! Worth every penny of the dollar I spent!
I was looking for the owners of this house due to a fraudulent charge for items on my MC that were sent to this address. Now I can give the information to the local police department.

This company offered reports for $1, but without my consent secretly charged my credit card $23.95 for thier unlimited service, and enrolled me in a monthly plan. When i called to dispute the charge, they did cancel the subscription and refunded the $23.95 though the refund has not yet been reflected on my credit card.
