I just needed a bit of info for a claim form with the VA about the property. Wanted to know what the size of the lot is for our home. Went through all the sign in etc and before I could look at the info I was informed that there is a dollar charge. WOW would have been nice to know in advance so I didn't have to waste my time looking it up on a 'Public' website.
With hesitation I decided to use Property Record.com to get information about my current home. I was hesitant because I didn't think the information would be enough, especially for $1. But to my surprise, everything I needed was made available and I got more than I had hoped for. I recommend anyone needing tax or market information about their home, to use this site. Definitely made a believer out of me.
I grew up in this home and loved seeing the on it and especially that i still have family living here too
This site was able to quickly provide me with a detailed report on the historical prices of the property I was interested.
I honestly used the site and was preparing myself for unreasonable fees and a run around. The data I received is good and accurate information. By accurate, I'm referring to the items I already knew. I gained information I will be using to protest my property taxes. I'm very pleased!
I like the Lake County Website much better. I am still trying to find the rest of the information I need but can't proceed until I complete a review.

It is nice to see my property online. Very neat how google maps can take pictures of the current look of it.
This was very easy to obtain the data for an exceptionally reasonable price. This property site was easy to get to and the info was easy to download.
The report is very detailed. They ask for a lot of information before search. YOU GET A RESPONSE PRETTY FAST. I am retired. This would be good for buyers and sellers. This is a good resource to learn what to look for when buying a home.
