Good needed to review permits and new constructio by new owners also needed lot size and map of area

Its pretty new to me to keep track of numbers pertaining to my dwelling of 35 years. The stats are very well laid out - I didn't feel lost.

This service is fast comprehensive accurate and cheap. I fully support and recommend to each and everyone.

This is a great site if you want to learn about the property and the house who bought it and sold it gives detailed reports from inside and out from top to bottom from who owned it and who sold it to and when also give details about the house inside and out I would definitely recommend this side if you're looking at a property it will give detailed information from when the house is built to when it was bought and sold to whom and when

The report provided was extremely complete and thoroughly compiled. It provided detailed information which is very helpful to increasing my knowledge about my home.

First time I have used site. I can appreciate that i only paid $1, but i would have liked more details pertaining to who this person is.

My wife & I moved here in 2002.Great, safe and fun community. We are social members of BDCC and have met so many wonderful homeowners. It's like living on a college campus. So many fun times, so many parties. No homeless. Shopping nearby.

I tried to order a report under the impression that it was just $1 per report. The charge was denied by my credit card company which sent a text message asking if it was me making the charge for $23.95! Apparently they have had other customers with this issue and are alerting them to the problem. I'll be looking elsewhere for this information.

They claimed they charge $1 for the report and ended up charging $23.95! Avoid this bull$#*! company!

Total Scam. Every thing I have experienced with these confirms they are a scam. Stop these scammers. I do not recall setting up any account with these people. The staff were not so helpful, when I told them that I was charged almost $250 for a service which I have not received. She said she will cancel the account but only refund me for the last 4 - 6 months, so I am still out 4 months of payments I did not authorize. I don't remember setting up an account, have no record of user-name/password, so can't contact the company to close it. But I'm sure my bank will know how to deal with this scam when I go to see them tomorrow.

This advertised that it would be $1 for a property search. I only needed to look up one property. They charged my account for $23 and some change. I called and requested a refund I was told they will not give me a refund because I used the service and that I could look up to 25 properties. This is a rip off… I suggest to use neighbor who they charge $1 and give you a 7 day trial then after 7 days if you don't cancel you will pay a monthly fee. Property record.com needs to reevaluate your policy.

The property record displays information on the screen. It can not be downloaded to our desktop for future records.

I am a first time user of this rather outstanding site. I found the site to be a wealth of information with easy access and seems to be very user-friendly.

The information provided didnt include the actual bedrooms or baths assigned to the home. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Because the information is incomplete, it gives the viewer less than accurate information. It would be nice if the home was reported appropriately.

Overall the site was conclusive, although the name I was seeking was missing. Contacted the tax appraisal's office who explained my concern. I give it a 4.5...
