When my bank statements didn't convert correctly with PDF2OFX, I contacted ProperSoft support and they almost immediately released a new version fixing my problems. Amazing support!
Great program and great support! Sergiy responded to my request for help converting my bank downloads to files that Quicken can read immediately.
My Quicken 2013 program stopped downloading my bank files after three years (they want you to buy their new program), so then I had no way to import my financial data. But thanks to ProperSoft's CSV2QIF program I can now convert all my bank files without having to buy Quicken every 3 years.
The program is virtually flawless and if you have any questions just email Sergiy and he will respond within a couple hours (in my case). The program is a nominal cost and really works well.

When the program was not pulling all of the information from my PDF statements I thought we had it functioning after a fairly good response from customer support. Only when I went back to verify that everything was coming through and populating correctly into my QuickBooks online and QuickBooks desktop did I realize that random entries were omitted entirely which throws my entire tax year into recordkeeping chaos. The time I spent worrying about the application should have been spent manually entering each of the hundreds and hundreds of transactions. Can't believe it's the only option and as recommended by intuit. They refunded me my money. I just wish the application was fully baked

As PDF documents are coming in endless varieties, free trial and free support are provided before and after the purchase to test the software with your PDF file, as well as refund is provided should you decide to purchase before trying and experience issues after the purchase.
Even if I only use this conversion program for a short time to initially set up my QuickBooks, the money spent was well worth it. It saved me weeks of inputting banking transactions manually from the beginning of the year.

Converts most csv documents, but sometimes fails to recognize some characters or values. I spend more time than I'd like preparing the csv document to conform to the conversion software. I'd like it better if the CSV2QBO could learn some variations that can occur in csv.

My bank (1st Tennessee) suddenly didn't care to provide support for MS Money nor QIF files. Since I have 16 years of banking in MS Money I was completely unprepared to change programs. The ProperSoft QFX-to-QIF program allowed me to retain my records and convert to a usable QIF format. Thanks.

I faced having to keyboard several years of credit card details into Quicken. I knew that a work-around must exist and I found this wonderful package. With some support from Word and Excel, Propersoft saved me weeks of drudge work.

As a new QuickBooks user, I needed to find an efficient solution to convert a CSV file into a QBO file to record charitable donations. The ProperSoft tool was easy to use and made our implementation of a mobile church giving app an even better experience. I recommend this product if you also need to quickly convert a file format to directly upload into QuickBooks.

As a Quickbooks user, a need arises to convert files provided by banks and CC providers for import. I found Propersoft's products, Bank2QBO and PDF2QBO, to work perfectly. I had an excel file with over 1000 rows that I wanted to import in quicken. After som preparation (taking out transfers, categorizing beforehand) everything went ok and is now in quicken (2012, windows).
