My order never arrived to the intended person - very disappointing and very upset spending all that money to not have the sentiment received. Reached out to Proflowers - no response. Will not use again.
The photos were somewhat misleading to the quantity and size of the flowers and vase. The amount paid was similar to, if not more, for orders I've purchased in the past. I was shocked to see such a tiny bouquet, especially when I ordered the biggest size!

I have used Proflowers plenty of times and each time the floral arrangement has been very nice. This time around I bought the highest level bouquet (exquisite). The flowers were very nice and there are actually a few flowers that are still quite beautiful a few weeks later. However, the arrangement did not seem to match the size of the order I placed. The arrangement seemed to be smaller and more comparable to the regular standard size. Also, the vase they arrived in was not the greatest. It does it's job just fine, but after purchasing the top level option, the vase should be high quality as well. I am still satisfied with the service, but these things keep me from giving a 5 star review.

First, the flowers came from a Harris Teeter. I didn't realize I would pay that kind of money to get flowers delivered from the grocery store around the corner. Secondly, the flowers did not last long at all and never opened completely before they started to lose petals. I won't make the same mistake twice. Lesson learned.

I was embarrassed by the arrangement that was sent. The main feature of the bouquet I liked was not included. I was given a 20% refund, but I would have preferred having a better-looking bouquet sent.

I ordered for her special day. Yes sir it will be there by 5 before she gets off. 1st time was great. 2nd time failed to deliver and had a refund given. Today I was going to give them another shot since I'm out of town. Failed to deliver again. Again, I got a refund but this is the second time my wife was disappointed because she didn't get it on her special day. Buy local. I called tonight and it will be there by 10am.
What was received was nothing even close to what the image online showed. I even upgraded the bouquet to 'deluxe'. What arrived was measly and embarrassing - not at all worth the $75 spent. Lesson learned - it's probably best to go directly to a local florist from now on.
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
