Maybe I missed the description but I selected a beautiful bouquet filled with succulent and greenery for our anniversary. Only to be presented with a bouquet of plastic. There were a few real flowers found and were identified by the dead wilting pedals. I should know by now to shop local since this is not the first time proflowers was a disappointment Ps I do not care about making it right, reimbursement, etc. This poor experience reminded me to not buy from this establishment. Do not contact me

UPDATE: Proflowers saw my original review, below, and refunded me 50% of the product cost. That's great service! They "righted the wrong". I was happily surprised. Nothing to say really. Had to get a gift for someone in another state. They said they received it, but not much else about the item. For what you spend with all the fees/etc., even after their supposed discounts, it all should be spectacular... but it was just OK. Nothing to write home about. I only do this once or twice a year when necessary anyway. Can't afford it as a regular gift-giving solution.

The flowers arrived as expected delivered on time, and they liked them. I thought they would be in a pumpkin vase but maybe they ran out or I bought wrong item

Wasn't delivered to right address, received a day late. Sad looking after setting outside. I am on the third floor of building 24. It was left outside of building 10. I got a email Thursday telling me i had flowers in the lobby of building 10. Went there nothing. I finally located them in the front office Thursday afternoon.

I was notified that the flowers I ordered were delivered a day late. I called Proflowers and they were going to look into it and get back to me. No one contacted me with an explanation. Vic James

I ordered the arrangement that had flowers in a pumpkin. The photo looked amazing, and I was excited to see a picture of the arrangement I sent. The pumpkin was great, but the flowers looked very much in disarray. It was not the beautiful flower arrangement I expected.

Ordered 2 of the same bouquet for 2 different friends. The first one was beautiful, and as pictured. The second bouquet was beautiful, but not at all like the picture. I notified ProFlowers. They had the florist send a second bouquet that was like the picture. I did not think it would happen, but it did. I am extremely pleased that they made it right. I spent a lot of time with 5 different vendors looking for a bouquet that I liked. Thank you, ProFlowers! I will not forget.

I spent $90+ to get the more elaborate version of the Fall "gourd" arrangement. The recipient sent me a photo of what they got. It was pretty, but much, much smaller than the photo on the website. It also was not in the pumpkin shaped vase from the picture, but rather something generic. This exact circumstance happened to an order from several months ago. Both deliveries went to the same address, so maybe the issue is the florist used for that area. Or maybe ProFlowers' business model is to be deceptive. Either way, I'm to the point where I will no longer use ProFlowers, I'm going to try to find an alternative.

EDIT - Their customer service was great and good enough to turn a bad delivery into a good experience still. Thank you. They were wrapped nicely in a mesh. However after my wife got home she removed the mesh and the flowers never opened. They were basically half dead the whole time. Very disappointing

The beautiful Restorative Pause Bouquet has dark purple irises, white lilies, white roses, and eucalyptus in it. The presentation was lovely. It was hand-delivered. The Gourmet Sweet & Savory Gift Box had a very nice selection of edibles that greatly pleased my son. This box was left at the door. No one rang the doorbell or called. I was concerned because the delivery was in California, but the temperature was only in the low 70s; and the food was fine.

Usually it's a maybe if I order for delivery same day, and it will arrive the following day. Dependent on time of order usually. I ordered pretty late that day, but before 5 PM, and they were delivered that day by 7 PM.

My friend had to contact the delivery person as the flowers were sent to the wrong city that had the same street address. He did bring them to her.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
