I won two boxes 2022 icon authentic spxi mystery box series 15 with a bunch of crap cards. I spent in the high 40's on both with probably 10 dollars in return. Looks to me like an easy way to dump a bunch of crap cards and make money on there end. I'll never buy again.

I received some coins as a gift from my son a while back and then had to put some things in storage. When I was able to retrieve my things I didn't have any idea what the coins were (due to the fact that one was from the 1600s and one from the1800s). All I had was the item numbers. I reached out to pristine auctions via email and was quickly responded to by Mary. Not only did she provide me with detailed information, she also sent me the paperwork to go with them. This was by far the best customer service experience that I have ever had. I would recommend this company to anyone. Once again way to go Mary! You rock!

I won an auction on Sunday 10/2, Tried to pay and had a problem, no place to list the promo code. E-mailed on the website "on line chat" 3 times and no reply. Chat just says they will be in touch... Tried to call and they do not take calls. Today is 10/4 and still no response... I don't understand... Update... Delay was due to them being closed on weekends and playing catch-up early this week... all good now. Bob

I have made a lot of purchases from this company and I can say they have gone down hill lately. It took them 2 weeks to finally address my concerns after many messages. I understand they have a huge volume of customers but it's the little guy's like myself who keep them in business.

Just recently bought a bunch of stuff of from this website. Won some bids on apparel and the pictures did not match what I bought. The signed jerseys I won are not real. The miesha tate belt I got was something off from a Walmart shelf. The mystery box helmets aren't even someone you've heard of got a guy from the 60s who was never jad a good season. Don't waste your money. Also your winning a bid and don't receive a notification that your loosing but conveniently they send you a second chance offer to buy it for over 100$ over what you were bidding. They got my money don't let it happen to you.

Do not get fooled by all the language that you will get something good in any of their mystery auctions. It is all a fraud and to get money for nothing in return. I have had it happen twice and so has everyone else I have contacted about it, that is why I am writing this message. Mystery helmet, mystery cards, mystery balls. Its all a bunch of garbage and a complete fraud to get money and LIE about what you are going to get. Stay far away from any of it.

Watch out if your planning on buying something expensive. They don't care how they ship it or if it gets to you in good shape. I paid a lot of my money for a picture and when it arrived it had water marks and bend corner. I wrote them an email explaining the damage and they never responded.

I've also placed on bid on one of the mystery helmets thinking worst case I will get someone who is good but not worth as much. Instead they send me a Riley Ridley helmet. Literally a player who has never really started a game and can't even find a team to take him.
I understand it's a mystery Helmet box but when people are bidding 60 plus dollars on a helmet you can atleast give a decent players signed hemet.

Purchased a baseball that was supposed to be signed by a home run hitter. Spent over $100 to get a garbage minor leaguer. I won't be using this site anymore.

When buying a mystery box certain sellers are more reliable and sell a decent product that are worth purchasing as long as you dont overbid. I was very pleased with my mystery boxes from TTC and Icon especially the Icon they slabbed cards that could be in the box were all displayed and the extra cards with the slab were actually quality cards that was a pleasant surprise. However the box I purchased from Showtime was a huge disappointment. The cards they selected to add to the box were all trash throwaways. It was overall a waste of money. Overall Pristine Auction as a whole has been great to work with. They even credited me for shipping costs by bundling my purchases and everything shipped in safe and secure packaging.
