Hello, I just started using Pristine Auction and I got 2 great deals on a Julius Randle photo and a Jordan Clarkson one. And they got here pretty fast and on the same day even tho I won them a few days apart one wasn't supposed to come till next week but this was awesome. Can't wait to win more.
I bid on and won, what I was lead to believe was a jersey. What I received was a cheap knockoff shirt. It is so cheap that you can see through it. The frame is flimsy and very cheap.
I reached out to customer service and was given a legal response. With a "you get what you get". I was made aware of the fact that your company has a team that is advised and trained on how to properly list an item so that it is deceiving to the buyer, yet will protect pristineacution.com from any recourse. I was told by their customer service rep that I was stuck with what I bought. Other major auction sites have returns and satisfaction guarantees.
Prices are good here and for a reason. Stay away or be very careful on what you are bidding on.
This is a great place to buy your hard to find memorabilia for a great price! They do auctions every day so if you check you daily you will find what you are looking for. Also the prices are very fair and everything is 100% authentic!
