Never buy from here EVER.I purchased over $1000 in items, winning many auctions and having items sent to Australia.Pristine filled in the incorrect paperwork,sent damaged items,took money for items they sold but didnt have and after battling with them for over 30 days the items were sent back to them,my money was reinbursed but thats not the point.So after buying items again,some were sent to me with absolutely terrible packaging and were damaged,once again money reinbursed but not the point,now foolishly i bought and paid nearly $900 for items and 60 days later i have no items and my money has not been reinbursed.I have emailed and emailed only to be given the run around time and time again.Seriously who waits 60 days for items after payment is made on first day.It has now got to the point where i will be seeking legal advice.Absolutely disgusted the way i have been treated by this company.Not only have they caused me frustration,anxiety,stress and loss of business,they have let me,my business and customers down. They are very quick to take my money but 60 days later and still nothing.

By far the worse customer service. Need help getting package address delivery changed something only they can do and it's been over 3 days and no response.

I won several auctions work a few thousand dollars. When I went to check out they were charging me almost 3 times the shipping price. 6 days now and they won't answer the customer service request to fix this but keep sending me "pay now" emails. Yesterday they stopped me allowing to bid on items unless I paid (the fees that were wrong), and now today they cancelled the first of my items and saying I will be charged 30% fee (FOR THEIR ERROR). If you are going to play with the big boys you have to actually have customer service. They used to be great but it is clear that as Pristine grew, Customer Service was gone.

Paid a restock fee couple weeks ago and these people won't reply to emails or even allow phone calls and still haven't received the auctions I've won

Does not take any payment options and bids I won just disappeared. I tried multiple cards that work everywhere else.

Received an item that the signature is so faded you can't even read the signature. Prestige said sorry it's what u bought. Definitely would not recommend this site for serious buyers. You should go to places in person to avoid losing mo ey. I have purchased from this site before but this is unacceptable.

Won a Oj Simpson signed Jersey and it's been right at a month. The tracking number and info says it was sent to the wrong post office at one time. Pristine sent a email saying it had gone back to them after several unsuccessful attempts at delivery. Impossible. I have a box at my residence. Carrier has keys. Plus a office it can be left at. I want a refund and have requested it and all I hear is crickets. The worst ever. Don't buy anything from them...

I purchased a " jsa autographed pete rose jersey" but when I went to verify my purchase on jsa it doesn't pop and of course there is nobody to talk to at pristine so screw this site they are not legit at all I would have given it 0 stars if it would have let me when I emailed about the said item they said since it has a hologram it's guaranteed authentic but it isn't

Major bait and switch alert people. See pictures. Can't trust this place. Look how blotchy the signature is on the jersey I received. The name plate is completely different also.

I have received 2 autographed helmets and waiting for more. Helmets have been A+ and all certified.

I purchased an item and it was not properly rated as it had obvious damages and flaws to a card I purchased. Also shipping costs are ridiculous as well as this buyers premium upcharge. This site is a fraud and they the customer service will not help you.
