I bidded on an item and won. After I realized I had to pay something else I took out my credit card an was gunna put another when they without permission and authorization took the money even though I did not have any payments on file. I tried calling but of course they don't have a customer service phone number on top off all that the charge me over 100 dollars more with an adjustable fee really. Crooks won't buy ever again anni want my refund for false advertising since basically the adjustable fee is way they can. Get more money I mean they took out for shipping and handling witch should include everything but it's a loop hole so they can charger u more

Ya I bid on a Ricky Vaughn Autographed Charlie Sheen jersey, I admit that but was sent an email saying I won a jersey that said "Wild Thing" where Vaughn should be stitched. This is not acceptable and when I discovered this I removed all banking information from their site. I told them I wanted the autographed Vaughn jersey or nothing and a week after I removed ALL financial information from their site they charged me for this garbage "wild thing" jersey. Meaning they had to have gone into an old invoice and stole my credit card numbers and made an unauthorized transaction. That's credit card fraud and a police report has been filed.

When you order from somewhere called PRESTINE auctions you would think you would get a PRESTINE item you purchased, but instead I was sold a stained autograph jersey that is worthless and when I contacted them and showed them pictures I was told to bad. Horrible customer service and horrible products. Stay away from these scammers

I have bought some really cool stuff on here. I always think the Mystery Boxes sound fun and have bought a few. They have always sucked seems like they just are full of the crap they don't want.

I see way to many folks overpaying for items and then paying 17% buyers premium on top.
I'm sorry, I'm suspicious.
Like the person who paid 3500.00 for 100 troy ounces of silver plus the 17% - makes no sense.
This happens everyday on this site across all products/items.

You can find some of the most unique and interesting items on Pristine Auction. Sure, they can get a little pricey, but the rarity of the item is unmatched.

The guitar won at auction is only a sticker slapped on a junk guitar. The guitar came damaged as the sticker was falling off and partially damaged. The company only wanted to refund 30.00 out of the entire cost and wouldn't refund at 50.00 out of the purchase. These guitars are absolutely junk and please pay attention to them as they are only stickers slapped on. Be advised and don't waste your money. Not only do they sell junk they also don't send the item shown in their listing. I won a Chevy Chase card signed and they didn't send the correct one I won and sent something else. They only offered a 20.00 refund for that in which I agreed to. This guitar is the second problem and if they don't want to at least issue a 50.00 dollar, then I won't buy from again. See photos of the crap received.

Purchased a signed framed jersey, for a birthday gift. Received the wrong jersey and it came damaged, as you could clearly see someone stepped on the package. Was offered 100$ to keep the jersey or I could return it but would not get a full refund, awful customer service experience. Sadly will never get the jersey I ordered and will never ever use pristine again or recommend it to anyone.

Pieces of $#*! no real customer service to speak of. Only email or live chat. Show no loyality to their customers. Look for any way to charge their customers extra for shipping, handling, and restocking than most other e-commerce sites. READ THEIR SMALL PRINT! They want you too mess up some way to charge you for nothing.
