This was the first time I used you all. I only recieved one tracking number for my split order coming from two locations. I called, left VW for days with no response. Online the website stated my order was complete but I only recieved two of the four tires. I was finally able to chat with someone after being on hold for 30 minutes(not to mention the other times I called) and found out the would be shipping from another location and recieved the tracking information. Lastly, one time I called toward the end of one day, was on hold for over 20 minutes and then was hung up on once the business hours ended without the option of leaving a message. Pretty poor way to treat a customer... If the proper tracking information would have been provided upon shipment, I wouldn't have neeeded to call and given you high marks on the whole process.
I bought 2 tires via WalMart.com and they dealer was Priority Tire. The tires lasted about 3500 miles and were showing CORD. They would not balance correctly from day 1 requiring over 3 ounces of weight per tire (14 inch tires) to balance, and eventually wore out at around 90 days. I expect a refund.
WalMart.com stated that they were ONLY warrantied for 60 days, and they refused a refund. Priority Tire after over 20 different emails back and forth claim I destroyed the tires by Racing...
The car a 1994 Hyundai Scoupe 1.5 liter with 100HP, has well over 301,000 miles on it. But recently received new struts and shocks and all related hardware.
The tires would not balance from day 1, requiring over 3 ounces of weight per wheel to balance... 14 inch wheels should have no more than 1.5 ounces (1/2 what these required), after 5 different visits to 2 different installers, both claim the tires were defective. Absolute GARBAGE, Manufacture SHOULD have replaced them with no questions asked... they never even got 1 rotation...
Prior tires with over 40,000 miles were reinstalled on the car, and are wearing evenly. NO issues at all.
The response from Priority Tire was boiler plate CRAP... I had the tires removed and the ones taken off back in December re-installed on the car. After 1200 miles ZERO wear... But the original tires were dry rotted and were replaced at Wal Mart's expense yesterday. They admitted to a balance machine that was OUT of calibration, and NO that is NOT alignment issue wear... that is defective tires. Even WITH an out of perfect alignment condition, the prior tires lasted well over 45,000 miles with no issues at all.
Wal Mart ended up refunding these tires as they were purchased through them. Cash refund, due to incorrect balancing, and defective balance hardware at the shop. The bad tires were also taken to a second shop for a different opinion, and again, confirmed bad tires.
We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy, but do not understand what you would expect us to do if the Warranty was denied. Overall, we do our best to help every single customer whenever possible, both within the return and and Warranty policies. You mounted the tires and used them, thus voiding the 90-day return policy. The tires do still have a Manufacturing Warranty available, which is conducted by us on your behalf (and in cooperation with you) with the Manufacturer. Any and all outcomes reported through the Warranty come from the Manufacturer, not from us - we can only represent your claim in the best way possible, but ultimately the Manufacturer still decides on the outcome. If they found your documentation to be insufficient and invalid, there is not much we can do but attempt to gain better documentation and try again. With all of that said, we'd like to note that tires wearing out on one side is usually indicative of incorrect installation or usage, meaning that we can understand the caution from the Manufacturer; further, if you had a balancing issue to begin with, you should have contacted us right away so that we can attempt the warranty in a timely manner. We do apologize for any inconvenience but reiterate that we do our best to help our customers with Warranty attempts, but are not accountable for their outcomes.
Purchase and info is concise. Delivery took 4 days more then ETA. Buying another set soon and will see if ETA can be better this time.

Purchased 4 new tires from them back in April, 2022 and had front passenger tire blow out on me and the rear passenger tire already has a bubble on the sidewall. Reached out to Priority Tire and explained situation, provided pics of tires, and receipts of 2 new tires that I had to purchase and they did not do anything about it! Buyer...BEWARE!
Apologies for any confusion, but we do always want to help our customers and wanted to help you here as well. We have to say that your review is inaccurate and unfair, seeing as how we clearly offered you help in the form of the Manufacturer's Warranty. Sadly, you refused to cooperate and reported that you disposed of the tires in question, preventing us from helping you in gathering the documentation required for the Warranty. Outside of that, there is nothing we can do - we sell NEW tires that were never mounted or used, without any known defect, you used them for almost a year and then suddenly reported an issue that you could not adequately document. Again we do apologize for any misunderstanding but reiterate that we wanted to help you.

I was able to find some great tires at a great price! There were a great selection of tires for very low prices at their website. I was able to take those tires to a local tire dealership and they put the tires on for a very low-cost labor fee. I would highly recommend Priority Tire to anyone needing new tires for a great price!
