I am pleased with the ease of ordering and the pricing of tires. I am not pleased as I could not get any communication as to if and when my tires were shipped. When I finally did know the status of my tires from FedEx they stated my tires were just sitting because the label was unreadable. Will I buy from again? Not sure yet.

I ordered 4 tires 265 70r 17 and sent three tires the correct size and one 265 70r 20 it took 3 weeks to get these tires so I tried to call priority customer service but I was put in a que with 26 calls ahead of me they said if you don't want to wait leave your number and we will get back to you within 24 hours we'll that never happened so I went to their website and found they're email and emailed for a return label to return the wrong size tire FedEx picked up the tire 2 weeks ago and I got an email saying they received the tire but it's been 2 weeks and still no replacement tire. I'll never buy from this company again. I placed my order through Walmart and I called Walmart corporate and told them my story and said I would discontinue doing business with this company.
We cannot verify the details claimed here due to having no way to identify or locate this order in specific, as we do have thousands of orders each day on all platforms, Walmart included. If we are provided with the Order number we'll be happy to investigate and check! With that said, we are more than happy to rectify any and all mistakes on our side (like sending out an incorrect tire) and do our best to do so in a timely manner. To that end, we do apologize for any and all delays you might have experienced, we can merely advise that it has been an extremely busy period on all fronts, leading to some unexpected delays. Note that we are 3rd-party retailer with 20+ years of experience and an ever-growing business, so whether on Walmart or not, we do perform well all around and keep trying our best to perform even better! Mistakes can occur but we do genuinely try our best to avoid them and fix any that occur. Thank you for your understanding.

A lot of noise on the tires! And they dont replace the tires! Dont buy it!
You reported that the tires you purchased are noisy, which could potentially mean that they are defective or simply that they happen to be a louder tire. We cannot help in any way for the latter "issue" as we do not make tires and simply sell them, but we can help with a defect - we offered you a Warranty Claim to help, but you did not respond back or attempt to work with us! If you believe you received a defective product we'll be happy to work on the matter and investigate, but if you just don't like the tires we cannot provide a Free Return just like that!
The been ordering tires from priority tire for a few years never had a problem except this last time had to call several times just to get the tires out of the warehouse. They gave me a tracking number within 24 hours but it took them 5 days to get them picked up by fedex.
