Fedex can't handle tire delivery, they "split" the order and then misplace half or can't find half the order. Two of my tire came in early, great, the other two sat in a fedex facility 20 miles from my house for 3 days while they figured out what to do with them. Like I said fedex sucks.
We earnestly apologize, we can say that all of our tires are shipped out together as connected packages within a multiple-piece shipment (outside of certain rare instances where tires have to be sourced from different locations). Despite that FedEx does sometimes deliver them on different dates, simply due to pure happenstance as various complications and delays can occur while the tires are sorted and handled at their various facilities.
Here it does sound like there were complications beyond that, so we do apologize to you and can advise that it is anything but the norm!
On our end we'll do what we can to report this with our FedEx liaison in an effort to improve quality control and overall performance!
This was my first time purchasing tires online. Tires shipped quickly, arrived promptly & where delivered in perfect condition. Tires are great so far! I now recommend Priority Tire to others & plan to make future purchases!

I've had Nokian tires on my Equinox and I wanted them again for my Traverse as I was very impressed with them, however, I was having a very hard time finding them. My husband saw a show on You Tube and they recommended Priority Tires. I went online to their website, found the tires I wanted, placed my order on Monday and had my four Nokian tires delivered to me on Wednesday! My experience with Priority tires was excellent! They tires were easy to find, delivery was extremely fast and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of tires!

Ordering was fast and easy. The price was the best I could find anywhere.
The only downside was delivery time. It took 10 days. Not a terrible time, but not great.
Our formal advertised delivery times are 1-6 business days - we do apologize if we failed to achieve that and if you received your delivery in 10 days instead. Please give us more information so that we can investigate, we're always trying to improve whenever and however possible!

I received my tires within 2 days shipping, and they were mounted on today and when I tell you, these are some really good tires you better believe it. I bought 245/45R- 18 and so far it rides really nice. I am well satisfied with the pricing, my tires and the fast delivery. Going forward this is my go to tire store. Already telling my friends and family to buy their tires from here.
