Actually lousy, Had to jump through hoops to get issue straightened out. You sent wrong tires and after being told I would have to pay return shipping spoke with a second customer service rep that actually new what they were doing, the issue was resolved. I hope,Replacement tires should be coming once wrong ones are picked up, So three weeks may pass before I receive the correct tires. Amazon and e bay are looking better for future purchases.

Purchased these tires. Great price. However they were manufactured in the 36th week of 2022 which is kind of older when you consider that it is recommended to replace them between 6 and 10 years.
The manufacture date of our tires varies from one to four years old and there is no way to determine, pick, or choose the tire age you will receive. The tires are kept in controlled conditions and have passed our safety inspections. We assure you that they are fully functional and safe for use, they do not have any dry rot or other DOT-related issues.In case you receive a tire that is older than that and don't wish to use it, we'll provide you with a return, if you didn't use or mount them!
I actually had tried ordering through another company initially. Had an absolutely terrible experience with thousands of dollars tied up on credit cards of "cancelled" orders with no explanation. Found Priority Tire, had tires ordered in about 10 minutes, at the house in 4 days. So happy I made an additional order for some trailer tires that day. Thanks guys!

Do not waste your time and money!
This company is not reputable in my experience! I purchased 4 Bearway tires and only received 3 tires. They made me get security video from my installers shop to prove FEDEX only delivered 3 tires. Luckily, the shop had the video, and it clearly showed only 3 tires delivered.
They agreed to send a replacement tire over a week later. The tire arrived at the installer, and they stored it with the other 3 until they installed them 2 days later.
After installing and a test drive, I received my car back and realized one of the tires looked a bit different. I quickly called Priority Tire within minutes and alerted them of the issue, and sent them the photos they requested for review.
After initially noting they would set up a "No Hassle" return, they ultimately denied any responsibility and blamed the tire installer. As a "courtesy they offered me a $25 credit instead of sending the correct tire or refunding my $118 + $25 install.
We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. Based on the FedEx proof of delivery all 4 tires were delivered. Since we are not able to confirm the number of tires delivered physically, we had to ask you to provide avoidance that will help us file a claim with FedEx. This is a standard procedure, and we are unable to aid you until the claim is approved. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm whether we shipped the wrong replacement tire since you advised us of the issue once the tires were mounted and the shipping labels were disposed of. Since we only deal with brand-new tires that have never been used or mounted, the return was declined. However, we did acknowledge that you were inconvenienced by this issue and offered to compensate you with a partial refund which you accepted.
