I ordered 4 tires in the size of 35x12.5r18 and got 2 in that size, and received 2 37x13.5r20 trying to return the 2 wrong size tires and receive the rite size still haven't got any word back on my return

We do all we can to prevent such mistakes with advanced logistics on both the operational and technical, software side of things. Still, despite our best efforts, mistakes can still happen - but we do try to quickly and efficiently resolve them! Ordered tire got confirmed order right away. On order said delivery in 3 to 5 days. Never got tracking number. So after 3 days called and after 30 minutes plus on hold. Lady answer phone and confirmed tires would arrive the next day and email me tracking number. Got tires the next day.
