I bought to Fourceum tires from you in 2023. I thought since i had fantastic experience then i would go ahead and get the pther 2 tires now. I ordered fourceum m/t plus 265/70 R17 LT. I received Voyger instead. I ordered from what said Fourceum on the page your people ssid it was falt. They want me to pay $70 for shipping. It was ashamed that you will loose my and my family's business in the future.iI wouldn't have minded paying part of the shippimg but $70 i just can't afford.
Our apologies for any confusion, however, if you purchased incorrect tires then sadly you do not qualify for a Free Return!
If you believe that we sent you incorrect tires you can certainly contact us for help; if true, we do provide a Free Return, however, if we've reviewed the technical logs and can confirm that you received what you yourself selected, then there is no reason to claim that we sent incorrect tires.
Any return shipping costs we quote are based on our own special FedEx rate; they're much lower than what FedEx or other Carriers actually charge.
Again, if we did send you incorrect tires we will definitely help with a Free Return, but if you purchased incorrect tires by accident the return shipping is not provided for free.

Im very easy to please. This has been a bad experience. Tires came in completely wrong and were sent back the same day. I checked the order to make sure i ordered correctly. I have tried to call on multiple occasions with no answer or call back. Now i get an email saying you cant send tie correct tires until I watch the tracking information and let you Know it has reached your warehouse.
Also Sarah what works at my business order 4 tires which came in correct for a total of 914.33 recieved 8 tires insted of 4. We have been trying to contact you on this one as well. We dont want things we didnt pay for. Thats a 914.33 loss to your company.

Please know that we do have safeguards in place to help prevent mistakes with incorrect tires, although sadly mistakes are not impossible despite our best efforts. Regarding the phone line, we do all we can to answer everyone, but we're simply dealing with a massive influx of calls in recent times; our team is doing what it can, while on an operational level we are taking the steps to improve and adapt.
Finally, for the return, please note that the standard return policy for any online retail is that the item must first be returned before a replacement can be shipped out; on our end that is definitely necessary, as we've sadly had more than acceptable amounts of customers trying to use and abuse our good will. You yourself do not specifically need to notify us when you see that the tracking numbers show returned, we simply mentioned that as an option should you not hear from us.
All in all, we do again apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we're doing all we can to prevent situations like this as well as to resolve them when they do occur.

I emailed the day i got the tires to see if there is a way to swap them for tires a different size and still haven't received a response. I didn't realize i needed a tire that wasn't as wide as what i ordered but a lot of shops are telling me they wont work with my wheels so i need to downsize.

I ordered 3 of the same tire from Walmart, but then Walmart canceled my order. So I cut out the middle man and went straight to the supplier. It was here in 4 days. It fits wonderfully. I plan on ordered more tires in the future.
