Priority did a good job, don't really have an issue with them in my transaction. Issue I have is them using FedEx. And FedEx losing my tires shipping them all the way across the country and then back again delaying me getting my tires. With no compensation. Not

The buying experience on the web site was great. But they need a different shipping company. FedEx sucks it took a week longer than it was suppose too. We'll see how the rest of this experience goes after the tires are mounted and balanced

On our end we do all we can to organize swift shipping for all orders, using the closest possible warehouse, but ultimately the actual handling is up to the carrier. We've used FedEx for many years, but have actually used other carriers like UPS as well - please know that although delays like what you describe are inconvenient, they are ultimately completely random and not common! We do all we can to work with each carrier to provide the best possible experience and ensure as much consistency as possible - in our experience, FedEx has performed exceedingly well, while we've not really noticed anything particularly better or worse with other carriers, actually!
With all of that said, we'll want to review your specific case in more detail to see where things went wrong and to attempt improvements to quality assurance. Please do tell us more about your order so that we can identify you, make internal improvements and accommodate you with a courtesy discount!
