Priority Tire was great. Delivery by Fed Ex nto so great. FedEx needs to update and correct there software so Emails dont go out stating that a delivery will be made and the items dont arrive till the next day

Got my tires installed at my local shop. Went for a drive car started shaking. Took it back to the shop and they rebalanced my tires and checked if anything was loose. I took it for a drive still shaking. I didnt have the shaking until i got tires put on.
That certainly sounds like there is something wrong with the tires - most likely just one - and we do earnestly apologize if we somehow sent out one or more tires with any kind of defect! Please know that we do all in our power to only work with safe, functional and untouched tires procured directly from manufacturers. We do provide FedEx tracking numbers and even a customized tracking page that is meant to help you keep an eye on each package and better anticipate the delivery! Obviously, it's still work in progress, but we'll do our best to make it as usable and convenient as can be!

Ordered the Tires on Christmas eve with expected delivery date of Monday the 30th. Saturday the 28th they were delivered by 10:30am. I am on the road again!

Had an unexpected blowout and since my car doesn't come with a spare, if i didn't have another set of rims I would have been stuck. Luckily I knew to go ahead and order the tire right away since it was Christmas Eve and shipping could be a nightmare lol. Order placed that afternoon and 4 days later it was at my door. The fastest shipping I've experienced from them was 2 days so 4 days during a holiday no complaints!
