Priority Tire has a really good website and the purchase of the tires was very easy. They even had a number of photos of the tires. I am planning on installing them after Christmas.
I typically go through their amazon store, so this was a first from the website. First set i ordered ended up selling out. They reached out with options, i chose a different set, and they made it right. Will buy direct again, so many options.

I like the tires and shipping. It looks like the build date on the side wall is 1422. That males the tires over 3 1/2 Years old before I even got them. I know the side walls gets cracks in them with age and start to leak air. I am disappointed they dont have a newer manufacturing date. Thanks!

Firstly, we do our absolute darndest to only sell truly NEW tires: never mounted, used or modified, without any faults, flaws or defects, procured directly from manufacturers and stored in climate-controlled conditions. It is true that we do store and sell tires of variable ages and, although the vast majority are about a year old, some can indeed be older - up to about 4 years old, no more than that. Although we can understand skepticism, this policy is the result of our 20+ years of experience, with thousands of orders per day - we earnestly believe that it would be wasteful to not sell such tires, as in the vast majority of situations they are absolutely still safe for long-term. For example, in your case, the tires weren't used since the 14th week of 2022 - they're pristine and, again were never used before. Thus, they won't behave the same way as tires that were driven on for 3+ years, so we do not believe that they will cause you any issues or have a shorter practical lifespan. Really like the tires, look good and ride good, the delivery date was the Dec. 13 but didn't arrive until Dec. 19 that not being your alls fault but Fed-ex right now they are short handed. Besides that, great price, good tire, and quick service! Very satisfied!

Their tires are very competitively priced. The Tire Armstrong - I've found out through their site as to having road hazard for 2 years, aside from its 65K miles warranty! Which is really helpful and great! Will definitely buy again and recommend!

The order process was fine, it was the delivery. I had 4 tires on the order and I know that they could come in two separate shipments; however, the first shipment I received 3 tires and then 4 days later I received the 4th tire. I think that 2 of the 2 should be band together so that they are not all I individual.

My standard go-to for tires is Tire Rack, but the tire I needed has been discontinued. Other sites that had the tire available had jacked up the price. Priority Tire had the tire available in the size I needed for a reasonable price. The shipping was very fast and the tire was received in brand new condition. Thanks!

My physical delivery address was changed in the Priority Tire system because it could not be verified by Priority Tire... This led to a delay in my delivery because the FedEx driver was searching for an address that did not exist... My delivery address may not be found in the system, but it is the physical address of my home and delivery location that i requested... The FedEx drivers know where i live, but chased the unknown address that the Priority Tire system has assigned to my order... Not cool Priority Tire.
Our system cannot changed addresses without authorization - the Checkout will suggest addresses it can recognize and will warn you if it thinks that an address is incorrect, but you as the customer have the final say. You can override any address suggestion if you wish, which is exactly suited for cases like this where the address may be rare or incorrectly logged. So, we do apologize for any confusion, but we do always ship to the exact address the customer chooses to provide!
