We purchased a front tire for our backhoe. It was easy to navigate the website and purchase the tire. The only issue was that the tire was not delivered on the scheduled delivery date. It was however delivered within a reasonable amount of time. The tracking for the delivery isn't very detailed and really wasn't helpful.
Although we're glad that you did safely receive the tires, we do apologize if the order was late! All of our orders are estimated for 1-6 business days, with many arriving on the sooner end of that range thanks to our advanced logistics and widespread network of warehouses. Delays can happen - sometimes we make a mistake or have some local issue that causes late shipping, other times there's simply an unlucky mishap during transit. We do all we can to prevent or mitigate this, but inevitable some orders will arrive a bit later than usual. What does surprise us is your statement about the tracking information - the tracking pages of all carriers we use should provide detailed updates and estimates during transit, while our own custom-built tracking page provides further information as well. Very concerned about numerous negative reviews about Priority. Took a chance anyway, and received my pair of Tesla tires (very expensive in general) on time, brand new, and incredible price. Instead of the expected $1000 for a pair of Michelin or Continental tires, or at best $700 elsewhere for the cheapest brand, thank goodness for Priority, who sold me a pair of excellent Arroyo tires for $280. Unbelievable! Thank you, Priority. Saved my bank account and 10 levels of stress.

I've sent numerous emails already. I need to return my tires. They are the wrong size. I need a return label. I haven't even mounted or cut the plastic strapping around the tires holding them together. Please respond. I need a return label or Atleast a phone call. Asap. *******930. I received the with no issues. They were in great condition. The price good for 40,000 miles. I will be getting more size 21 tires in the soon. I also will be getting 4 summer only tire size 22 inch.

I ordered as a guest without an account. Ordering was easy. Selecting what I needed was easy. Check out was simple. The only small complaint I have is that the guest tracking is a bit sketchy I ordered Thursday evening and did not get any shipping or tracking info until Saturday evening. I will absolutely use again but with an account.

We earnestly apologize - at the time of your order, there was an unlucky technical issue that prevented the shipping notification and update emails from being sent out normally. You could have seen the tracking number by logging into your account and checking the order there, but this is not the most convenient solution and does not help Guest customers. This has since been resolved, with all shipping information being sent out promptly in clear and revised emails. I buy tires often and priority has what I need every time I always get my order within 4 days as well no issues so far but if it is I will definitely change my opinion.

Purchased tires online on a Thursday afternoon tires where delivered to my house on the following Monday morning. I didn't know they shipped I never got any info bout when they shipped or anything. The local tire shop wanted almost double what I paid for each tire
