Priority Tire was great. Delivery by Fed Ex nto so great. FedEx needs to update and correct there software so Emails dont go out stating that a delivery will be made and the items dont arrive till the next day

Got my tires installed at my local shop. Went for a drive car started shaking. Took it back to the shop and they rebalanced my tires and checked if anything was loose. I took it for a drive still shaking. I didnt have the shaking until i got tires put on.
That certainly sounds like there is something wrong with the tires - most likely just one - and we do earnestly apologize if we somehow sent out one or more tires with any kind of defect! Please know that we do all in our power to only work with safe, functional and untouched tires procured directly from manufacturers.
