I bought tires and had them sent to Firestone. FedEx supposedly dropped them off even showed a signature. I call Firestone and Firestone didn't get them. Ebey, PayPal,and priority tire said because FedEx dropped them off and had a signature my case was close. Dec 17th up until now they still won't give money back after fedex told me they could locate them and refunded them my money. They sent me an email only because when all failed me my bank didn't. My bank went after them. Now they want to email me. I don't want to hear $#*! now. I'll let my bank get my money back. My bank shouldn't had to even get involved. They shouldn't had to give my money back priority tires should have given my money back knowing fedex refunded them Jan 3rd.
We apologize, but if we shipped out and order and it was formally - by all accounts and available data - delivered correctly, then we cannot possibly issue a refund. More importantly, although we can certainly investigate any reported issue or escalate disputes with FedEx in order to help our customers, we still need some type of information or evidence to work with.
Furthermore, we have no affiliation to the Firestone installer - you chose to ship to them via the offered eBay service. If they received the tires it is needless to say their responsibility to provide them to you. Likewise, if they lost them, it is their responsibility to recover them or otherwise be held accountable for their mistake.
With all of that said, again, we take any customer reported issues seriously - but if we cannot find evidence of any wrongdoing or mistake, we sadly cannot provide additional tires for free or a refund without a return; in this case, we do not have any traces of FedEx admitting fault or reimbursing us in any way. This is why we had to defend ourselves from the bank dispute that you filed; more accurately, we didn't even need to do that, as eBay protected us at their cost.
If you really did not receive the tires we do sincerely sympathize with you, but we are not able to provide assistance until and unless we either receive the tires back or receive strong evidence supporting your claim.

Priority Tire was simply put: superb! Delivery was very quick. Tire installer noted the tires balanced really well. These I believe are very good tires. Thanks for a great job done! I will use Priority Tire going forward for each of my cars. It is my hope they ship to Africa, etc., as I may need some shipment to that end as well.
