The tires arrived quickly, however, due to apparent poor quality, Les Schwab was not able to balance these tires properly. There is now a vibration in the front end of my BMW X5M that wasn't there before with the worn out Continentals.

Tires delivered smashed as they said they would. I had to have a mechanic put them on for me as I do not have the tools or equipment. All good so far.
The tires were smashed because they are bias constructed. You may heat them up on the sun for easier mounting. We are glad that your mechanic managed to install them.

Easily ordered on line. Got veteran discount. Delivered on time. Quality tires. Something to watch is when you order on line, you don't know how long the tires have set in a warehouse. Obviously, the newer the better. My tires were about nine months old which is probably pretty typical even if you purchase them from a local dealer. I probably saved about 60 dollars per tire. I still had to pay Walmart 28 dollars per tire to mount and discard old tires.
